In-Service Staff Development Programs

Programs designed to cultivate an appreciation of diversity, its benefits and challenges for workgroups, organizations, and communities. Formats fit specific settings. A list of selected regional, state, and national training experts for business settings is being developed.

Networking and Resource-Sharing

Because the Council is comprised of local employers, human resource professionals, representatives from educational and civic groups, the Council provides a rich opportunity to network with others who are working on inclusion within their organizations and workplaces. Networking is an important part of regular metings and special events.

This website will provide information on the Diversity Council, membership information, calendars of local opportunities for education, awareness, and celebration; as well as on-line networking.
