Guest Speaker: Dr. Duchess Harris, author and Professor of American Studies at Macalester College will reflect on the topic “Chaos or Community: Fifty Years with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.” The Program includes the presentation of the 2018 Martin Luther King, Jr. Award, and performances by the Coulee Regional Gospel Choir and the Viterbo Choir.
