Two local non-profits come together to discuss the much-needed conversation of employee wellbeing. In partnership with The Mental Health Coalition of the Greater La Crosse Area, the La Crosse Area Society for Human Resource Management (LASHRM) invites business leaders to a virtual, half-day symposium on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, beginning at 8:00AM.
The COVID-19 pandemic has made something very clear; employee wellbeing needs to be a top priority as employees struggle with increased stress and burnout. LASHRM wanted to create an opportunity for business leaders to learn how they can provide balance for not only their employees, but themselves.
The Employee Wellbeing Symposium will feature three great speakers: Lindsay Boccardo – High Achiever Land: Managing Your Stress and Performance Expectations in a Multigenerational Workforce, Hakemia Jackson – Workplace -Induced Trauma: Building a trauma-informed organization, and Aileen Axtmayer – Mindfulness for HR Leaders.
