This immersive retreat aims to acknowledge the heightened emotional labor of women leaders in health fields since the pandemic, foster a sense of community, rejuvenate resilience, and navigate the evolving workplace landscape.

The retreat is designed for both emerging and established leaders who are eager to use reflection, inclusive practices, and boundary setting to ground their next chapter in the workplace.
