Chad is the CTO of Innovia Consulting with over 20 years of experience in Microsoft technologies. Over the years, he’s taken on a wide range of roles, but the common thread has always been his passion for using technology to improve how customers work and interact with their systems.
Emily, a SHRM Certified HR Generalist at Innovia Consulting, is passionate about employee engagement and continuous learning. She leverages emerging technologies and tools to improve workflows and enhance the employee experience. She also enjoys developing and sharing innovative solutions to effectively utilize technology as part of a team of two with a remote workforce.
